Position: Service & Sales Coordinator
Industry: Diesel Generator / Power Solutions
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0–2 Years
⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a Service & Sales Coordinator to manage customer requests, coordinate service activities, and support sales operations for diesel generators.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate service requests & schedule technicians
• Manage AMC & preventive maintenance schedules
• Track service status & maintain records
• Assist sales team with quotations & order processing
• Follow up with customers & ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams (service, sales, stores, accounts)
🔹 Skills Required
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Basic technical understanding (preferred)
• MS Excel, Word, CRM knowledge
• Ability to multitask
🔹 Languages
English & Kannada (mandatory)
Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam (added advantage)
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
