Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper follow-up of customer enquiries and leads.
- Assist the team in closing sales and achieving monthly targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide product training.
- Maintain customer relationships and handle escalations when required.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure showroom discipline and adherence to company policies.
