Job Description
- Hire, Train, guide, and motivate sales representatives.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, and key clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
- Ensure proper product visibility, promotions, and merchandising in outlets.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of campaigns and deliveries.
