Job Description

  1. Hire, Train, guide, and motivate sales representatives.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, and key clients.
  5. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
  7. Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
  8. Ensure proper product visibility, promotions, and merchandising in outlets.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  10. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of campaigns and deliveries.
