Job Description

Client Service: Warmly greet clients upon arrival, offer beverages, and notify assigned stylists or beauticians of their arrival.

Scheduling: Book, modify, and confirm appointments via phone, email, and booking software.

Cashier Duties: Process cash and card transactions, manage the cash drawer, and issue receipts.

Communication: Answer client inquiries regarding available services, pricing, and promotional offers.

Sales: Cross-sell salon hair or beauty products and promote gift vouchers.

Record Keeping: Update client profiles, track preferences, and manage daily logs.

Facility Maintenance: Keep the reception, waiting, and retail display areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked with products and brochures
