Staff Management

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff.

Organize professional development programs and workshops.

Build a collaborative and motivated work culture.

Student Development

Promote holistic development including academics, sports, arts, and life skills.

Handle student discipline, counseling, and welfare.

Encourage leadership, creativity, and ethical values among students.

Parent & Community Relations

Maintain strong communication with parents and stakeholders.

Organize parent meetings, school events, and community engagement programs.

Represent the school in educational forums and public events.

Strategic Growth

Support admissions and school branding initiatives.

Develop long-term academic and institutional growth strategies.

Introduce technology integration and innovative educational practices.

Required Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Education or relevant field.

B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.

Minimum 5–10 years of teaching and academic leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and school operations.
