The Role
What You'll Do
You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO and senior leadership to manage schedules, coordinate across teams, handle operational tasks, and ensure the organisation runs smoothly day-to-day. You are the glue between strategy and execution.

Executive Support
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities with precision and discretion.

Communication Management
Handle incoming emails, draft professional correspondence, and coordinate responses across stakeholders.

Meeting & MOM Coordination
Organise team meetings, prepare agendas, record Minutes of Meetings, and follow up on action items.

HR & Payroll Admin
Assist with intern onboarding, payslip generation, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.

Document & Drive Management
Maintain organised Google Drive folders, project trackers, SOPs, and company documentation.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination
Liaise with suppliers for packaging, fabrication materials, and product sourcing tasks.

Event & Logistics Support
Assist in coordinating workshops, startup events, and exhibition logistics end-to-end.

Reporting & Tracking
Prepare weekly progress reports, update dashboards, and track team milestones and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Admin, or Operations Coordinator (startup experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Hinglish/Kannada a plus
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace — Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar
High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before they're asked
Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion
Basic understanding of HR/payroll processes, or willingness to learn quickly
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scrappy, and highly creative startup environment
Passion for education, children's products, or social impact is a strong plus
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
