Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) for our client team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the executive office. You will manage schedules, handle confidential information, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate, arrange, and confirm meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Link: Serve as the gatekeeper for the executive, managing phone calls, emails, and visitor requests.
  • Documentation: Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and take detailed minutes during key meetings.
  • Task Tracking: Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables with different team departments.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business and personal information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Graduate / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Experience: at least 1+years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar secretarial role.
  • English Level: Good written and spoken English is mandatory for professional correspondence.


Key Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.


  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude and high attention to detail.
