Security Guard (Male & Female Required)

We are seeking vigilant, reliable, and professional Security Guards (both male and female) to join our security team. The primary responsibility is to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by patrolling, monitoring surveillance systems, and enforcing facility policies. Female guards are specifically required for specialized duties, including conducting security screenings and frisking of female visitors/personnel, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and cultural sensitivities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAccess Control & Screening: Monitor entrance and exit points of the facility. Conduct routine body searches, screenings, and bag checks using metal detectors. (Female guards will handle the screening of female visitors; male guards will handle male visitors).
• Patrolling: Conduct regular indoor and outdoor patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized entry, or safety hazards.
• Surveillance & Monitoring: Operate and monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to identify unusual activities.
• Visitor Management: Greet visitors, verify identification, maintain accurate logbooks/digital registers, and issue visitor badges.
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to alarms, medical emergencies, fire hazards, or security breaches according to established emergency protocols.
• Reporting: Maintain a daily shift log and prepare detailed incident reports for any security violations, theft, property damage, or unusual occurrences.
• Crowd & Conflict Management: Maintain order in common areas and resolve minor disputes or disturbances in a calm, professional manner.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: High school diploma, metric pass, or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience as a security guard or in a law enforcement/military role is highly preferred, but freshers with the right physical and mental aptitude may be considered.
• Physical Fitness: Excellent physical health and stamina, with the ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during shifts.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in the local language (and basic English/Hindi depending on the location) to interact professionally with visitors and staff.
• Alertness & Observation: Sharp observation skills and high attention to detail to detect potential risks quickly.
• Integrity & Discipline: High moral character, reliability, honesty, and a clean criminal record (background verification is mandatory).
• Work Conditions & BenefitsShifts: Rotational shifts (Day / Night), typically 8 to 12 hours depending on company policy.
