Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Officer to manage

security operations across multiple sites in Bangalore. The role involves

supervising security personnel, ensuring smooth operations, and handling

manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise 50+ security personnel across assigned sites

• Ensure smooth operations, discipline, and service quality

• Handle recruitment and onboarding of security staff

• Conduct minimum 2 site visits per week

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance

• Provide instructions and briefings to security staff

• Act as site in-charge and resolve staff issues

• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures

• Coordinate with HR and management for manpower needs

• Maintain records of attendance and workforce details

Skills Required:
