Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant Job Description :- 

-Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with all financial regulations, support Management in decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. 

-Manage end to end all Finance & Account works, Reconciliations, Budgets, Cost control, Taxation, Reports and Coordinate with all departments.

Key Responsibilities :-

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards

Reconciliation & Analysis: Lead general ledger functions, conduct variance analysis, and reconcile balance sheet accounts. 

Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations (e.g., GST, TDS etc) and handle end to end Taxation.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management in forecasting future revenue, managing cash flow, and tracking departmental budgets. 

Team Player : End to end coordinate with all departments and advice / support on financial transactions, budget and cost control.

Expectations :

Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in financial workflows and recommend new processes / SOP to improve efficiency and internal controls. 

Core Requirements:-

Academics : 

MBA in Finance or M.com / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Below Certifications Preferred but NOT mandatory : 

Professional credentials like a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant), or CMA are highly preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of experience as Manager in reputed Farmland / Real Estate companies.

Technical Skills: 

Advanced proficiency in and end to end management / complete knowledge of Tally & MS office.

Soft Skills: 

Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and cross-departmental communication skills. 

Other requirements :

Ready to join immediately

Ready to work 6 days a week / should be flexible on working hours and days

Ready to travel to project sites weekly

Salary Range : 

Per Month CTC Rs.50,000/ - to Rs.60,000/-
