Senior Business Development Associate📍 Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai (as applicable)
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
💰 Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 Fixed + Uncapped Incentives

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end sales of residential properties.
- Connect with potential buyers through company-provided leads.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for interested clients.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
- Negotiate with buyers and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, BFSI, Insurance, EdTech, or similar industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of a local language is an advantage.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
- Must own a two-wheeler for client meetings and site visits.
- Currently employed or serving notice period preferred.
