### Roles & Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end sales of residential properties.

* Connect with qualified leads provided by the company.

* Generate additional prospects through networking and referrals.

* Conduct site visits and project presentations.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

* Negotiate with clients and ensure successful closures.

* Maintain customer relationships and follow-up activities.

* Achieve weekly site visit and monthly sales targets.

### Candidate Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, banking, insurance, real estate, ed-tech, automobile, or related sectors.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Fluent in English and Hindi (local language is an added advantage).

* Customer-focused with a target-driven attitude.

* Must own a two-wheeler for client meetings and site visits.
