Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to drive student enrollments, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills with a passion for the education industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
