Senior Field Sales Executive – Auditing & Business Consultancy
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (On-site/Field)

Job Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Field Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our footprint in the Bangalore market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing expert guidance to entrepreneurs regarding GST, Income Tax, Company Incorporation, and ISO Certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and visit potential business owners to pitch our full suite of services (FSSAI, GST, ITR, Pvt Ltd Company formation, etc.).
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire process from cold calling and field prospecting to final documentation and client onboarding.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through aggressive market outreach and lead conversion.
- Relationship Management: Act as a trusted consultant for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Networking: Represent Auditing Bazaar at business forums and networking events to build a robust sales pipeline.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 3–10 years of proven experience in Field Sales or Business Development.
Industry Background: Direct experience in CA Firms, Business Consultancy, Auditing, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
Network: Candidates with an existing database of business owners or corporate contacts will have a significant advantage.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, Kannada & Hindi is essential. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is a strong plus.
Mindset: A self-starter with a "hunter" mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on expertise).
Incentives: High-growth commission structure with no upper limit on earnings.
