Job Description – Senior IT Executive / IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Executive / IT Infrastructure Engineer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, network administration, security systems, and end-user support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving IT operations across multiple branch locations, ensuring high availability, network security, system performance, and user productivity.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, LAN/WAN management, firewall and network devices, CCTV systems, troubleshooting, and IT operations support.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and enterprise IT infrastructure.

·      Administer Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.

·      Create and manage users, groups, permissions, security policies, and organizational units.

·      Monitor server performance, system health, backups, patch management, and uptime availability.

·      Handle virtualization environments such as VMware or Hyper-V.

·      Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks across branch locations.

·      Manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi access points, and internet connectivity.

·      Coordinate with ISPs for link management, escalation, and issue resolution.

·      Monitor network utilization, bandwidth, and security incidents.

·      Configure and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance infrastructure.

·      Provide Level 2 & Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues.

·      Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, SOPs, and system configurations.

·      Support and manage IT operations across multiple branch offices.

·      Knowledge of VLANs, SD-WAN, VPN, and network segmentation

·      Experience in branch infrastructure management

·      Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

·      Knowledge of MDM solutions and endpoint management tools

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, Network+, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent are preferred.

Experience Required

4 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, or IT Operations Support.

·      Willingness to travel to branch offices when required.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle critical incidents.

·      Flexible to support infrastructure activities during non-business hours if needed.
