To lead, stabilize, and scale the technical operations of SZ Water Links Pvt. Ltd. across project execution, O&M, quality systems, and technical business growth, ensuring high-performance delivery of water and wastewater treatment solutions.
Experience - Industry Water Treatment (RO, STP, ETP, WTP)
(5-20years)

- Technical Operations & O&M Excellence
- Quality Assurance & Compliance (QA/QC)
- Vendor Development & Procurement Control
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Implementation
- Client & Consultant Management
- Documentation & Reporting Systems
- Business Support & Technical Sales Enablement
Key Competencies Required Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of ETP, STP, WTP design & execution
- In-depth understanding of RO + UF systems
- Expertise in MBBR, clarifiers, DAF, and filtration technologies
- Hands-on experience in mechanical erection, alignment, fabrication & piping
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale membrane systems Operational Strength
- Proven experience handling plants at 300–550 MLD scale
- Expertise in maintenance planning, downtime reduction, and failure analysis Quality & Inspection Mastery
- Deep exposure to QAP, TPI, and IS/ASME standards
- Hands-on experience in NDT including DP and RT
- Knowledge of welding qualification – WPS, PQR, and WPQ Leadership & Strategic Thinking
- Demonstrated ability to build systems from scratch and stabilize operations
- Proven capability to scale execution and team capability
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
