- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions for International Voice Process.
- Assist customers with product and service-related queries.
- Provide timely resolution to customer issues while meeting TAT.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality standards.
- Upsell products and services whenever applicable.
- Eligibility Criteria1–2 years of experience in any International Broadband Process or International Upselling Process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Intermediate / PUC / Graduate.
- Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts.
