Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor SLA & SLS 3D printing machines
• Prepare build files and set up machines for production
• Handle resins, powders, coatings, and post-processing chemicals safely
• Apply knowledge of painting/coating processes to improve surface finish and product quality
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work with CAD models and ensure print quality
• Monitor print quality and identify defects related to material or process issues
• Maintain production logs and ensure timely job completion
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and quality protocols in the lab

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in painting, coatings, chemical, or manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience with SLA, SLS, or similar technologies
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of CAD, STL files, slicing, and print preparation
• Interest or exposure to 3D printing / additive manufacturing is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
