We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer with hands-on experience in 3D printing production, including post-processing operations such as sanding, finishing, and painting. This is a core production role requiring leadership, problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end 3D printing production
• Manage finishing processes – sanding, painting, surface detailing
• Ensure quality standards in final output
• Identify and resolve finishing & painting issues
• Maintain production timelines and workflow discipline
• Support and guide production team

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or related).
• Strong knowledge of production processes, especially in painting and finishing.
• Experience handling production issues related to surface finishing and coatings.
• Understanding of different paints, coatings, and finishing techniques.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
