Job Title: Mid/Senior Recruiter – IT HiringExperience: 4–8+ Years

Employment Type: 6-month Contract (with the opportunity for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business requirements).

Location: Central Silk Board, HSR, Bengaluru

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, experience in technical hiring, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Source, screen, and schedule interview candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment support.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and support onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
