Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Pharmaceuticals, Biopharma, Biologics, Biotechnology etc industry.
• Drive B2B sales of Pharma Quality & Digitisation Solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and pharmaceutical clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions working closely with the Pre-Sales team.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer meetings to negotiation and order closure.
• Conduct effective sales presentations, commercial discussions, and regular customer follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales and business updates.
• Travel extensively for customer visits, sales meetings, and business development activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification: Post Graduate / Graduate/ Diploma in Pharmaceuticals, Biopharma, Biologics, Biotechnology etc
• Minimum 3+ years of Corporate sales experience in the Lifesciences Industry industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new customers, and close business opportunities.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of independently managing the assigned territory.
• Must be willing and able to travel based on business requirements.
• Candidates with Medical Representative (MR) experience are not suitable.
