Job Description

  • Generate qualified leads through referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and direct marketing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and understand their property investment requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
  • Coordinate with banks for home loan assistance and documentation.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback reports.
  • Update CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines
