Role Description


We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Sales Managers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding customer investment requirements, and guiding clients through the property investment journey.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate investment solutions.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and investment opportunities.
  • Present projects and investment opportunities in a professional and structured manner.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
  • Negotiate and close transactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Address customer queries and objections effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Insurance, Pharma, or other target-driven industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
