Job Description

  • Site ExecutionSupervise day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure work is executed according to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower efficiently.
  • Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and finishing activities.
  • Project CoordinationCoordinate with Project Manager, Consultants, Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP teams, and Contractors.
  • Resolve site execution issues and technical challenges.
  • Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors.
  • Quality ControlEnsure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
  • Conduct inspections before and after execution of work.
  • Verify materials received at site meet approved specifications.
  • Ensure rectification of quality observations.
  • Planning & MonitoringMonitor project progress against schedules.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Material ManagementEstimate material requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement and Store departments.
  • Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
  • Verify material quantities received and issued.
  • Contractor ManagementSupervise subcontractors and labour teams.
  • Ensure contractors meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Verify contractor measurements and executed quantities.
  • Safety ComplianceEnsure compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
  • Report unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with the Safety Officer during inspections.
  • DocumentationMaintain site records and project documentation.
  • Verify measurement books (MB).
  • Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report).
  • Record material consumption and labour deployment.
  • Maintain site instructions and inspection records.
  • Billing & MeasurementsVerify work measurements for contractor billing.
  • Coordinate with QS/Billing Engineers.
  • Support preparation of running account bills.
