Role Overview:

The Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Chai and Snacks area. This role requires a customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve Chai & snacks while maintaining presentation standards
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Handle billing and payment processing (POS systems)
• Upsell menu items, combos, and ongoing offers to enhance guest experience
• Address guest queries, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely service
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
• Support in setting up and closing daily operations

Shift Timgs:

• 9 hrs working( including Break)
• Opening - Mid - Closing Shifts ( fliexable Shift Timings)
