Job Title: Senior Technical SEO & Growth Specialist (SSR / SPA + Local SEO)

🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical SEO + Growth Operator who understands modern web architecture (SSR/SPA), local SEO, and conversion-focused growth.

This is not a basic SEO role. You will directly influence traffic, rankings, and lead generation.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

1. Technical SEO (Core)

Fix crawl and indexing issues (GSC, logs, rendering)

Optimize robots.txt, sitemap, canonicals, redirects

Solve JavaScript SEO issues (CSR vs SSR vs SSG)

Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)

2. On-Page & Content SEO

Title/meta optimization for high-intent keywords

Internal linking strategy (topic clusters)

Build scalable content templates (projects, locations, comparisons)

3. Local SEO (Bengaluru Focus)

Optimize Google Business Profile

Create and scale location pages (Whitefield, Sarjapur, etc.)

Improve map-pack rankings and local signals

4. Programmatic SEO

Build SEO pages at scale (area, budget, configuration)

Avoid duplicate/thin content using smart templates

5. GEO (AI Search Optimization)

Structure content for AI answers (FAQs, summaries, key facts)

Improve brand/entity visibility across platforms

6. Conversion Optimization

Improve lead generation (calls, WhatsApp, site visits)

Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rate

🧰 Required Skills

Strong experience with **Google Search Console and Google Analytics

Hands-on with **Screaming Frog / Ahrefs / Semrush

Deep understanding of **Next.js or React-based SEO challenges

Experience with schema (JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals, and technical audits

Strong understanding of search intent and keyword mapping

Ability to translate SEO insights into business impact
