Role Overview: A Service Advisor acts as a bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth communication, excellent customer experience, and effective service sales. Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication:- Communicate clearly with proper tone and body language- Listen to customer concerns and coordinate with technicians- Explain technical issues in simple language- Maintain grooming and professionalism- Handle complaints with respect
2. Service Sales:- Recommend services based on vehicle condition- Promote services without being pushy- Use vehicle history and reports for preparation- Build customer trust
3. Customer Service:- Ensure smooth service experience- Update customers on repair status- Explain work done at delivery- Ensure satisfaction
4. Administration:- Maintain job cards and records- Coordinate with workshop team- Ensure billing accuracy- Follow company processes Key Skills:- Communication skills- Automotive knowledge- Sales ability- Problem solving- Customer focus Goal: Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.
