About the Role
Are you a people person who enjoys solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Hub Team Advisor and play a key role in supporting daily hub operations and assisting delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support rider onboarding and documentation
✅ Resolve queries related to attendance, incentives, payouts, and operations
✅ Coordinate with operations teams for smooth hub functioning
✅ Maintain records and update operational data accurately
✅ Assist in rider engagement and retention activities
✅ Handle day-to-day administrative and support tasks
✅ Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders
What We're Looking For
✔️ Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
✔️ Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
✔️ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔️ Ability to work in a dynamic operations environment
