Service Counter Executive (Café & Restaurant)

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Service Counter Executive to join our café/restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, handling billing, serving food and beverages at the counter, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection.

Take customer orders accurately and process them through the POS system.

Serve food and beverages efficiently at the counter.

Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order preparation.

Resolve basic customer queries and complaints professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service counter and dining area.

Refill display items, condiments, and packaging materials as required.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Support the team during peak hours to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

2–4 years of experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, or retail environment 

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
