Job Summary:The Service Technician is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems. The role ensures equipment operates efficiently, minimizes downtime, and provides timely support to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
• Attend service calls and breakdown complaints promptly.
• Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and service requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in inventory management of tools, consumables, and spare parts.
• Support annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and customer service activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers when required.
• Ensure timely closure of service requests and breakdown calls.
• Required Qualifications:Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, HVAC, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant service and maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
