Job Summary:

The SBI Seva Sarathi is responsible for welcoming customers, assisting them with banking services, guiding them to the appropriate counters, and promoting digital banking channels. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience and reducing customer waiting time in branches. SBI has deployed Seva Sarathis in high-footfall branches as part of its customer service initiative.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet customers entering the branch.
• Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate counter or officer.
• Assist customers with digital banking services such as:
• YONO SBI
• UPI
• Internet Banking
• Mobile Banking
• ATM/CDM usage
• Help customers fill out forms and complete basic banking procedures.
• Manage customer queues and maintain smooth branch operations.
• Promote digital banking adoption and create awareness of SBI products and services.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to branch staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive branch experience.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in English and the local language.
