Job Description
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in QSR, FSR, Retail, or the Hospitality industry.
- Freshers with a Hotel Management background may also apply.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per SOPs.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Handle cash, billing, and shift closing activities accurately.
- Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Achieve sales, productivity, and operational targets.
