Shift Incharge

Amazon Now / Quick Commerce – Shift Incharge responsible for managing end-to-end dark store operations during their assigned shift, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered within SLA while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, compliance, and team discipline. This role acts as the first level of operational leadership for warehouse associates, pickers, packers, and delivery coordination teams.

• Key Responsibilities ;
• Manage complete shift operations of the dark store.
• Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within defined timelines.
• Monitor productivity, order accuracy, fill rate, and delivery performance.
• Conduct shift briefings and allocate manpower based on workload.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control shrinkage, damages, and expiries.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance for inventory handling.
• Track and resolve operational issues impacting customer experience.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of associates.
• Coordinate with Delivery Partners, Hub Teams, QC, and Support Functions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
• Prepare daily shift reports and escalate critical issues to management.
• Drive continuous process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
