Shift Manager

The Candidate will be responsible for Managing one Shift in the Store, Cash, Managing Team, Customers, and Stock. Dynamic Leaders with self-motivation required to lead the Team and guide them. Will be responsible to achieving Targets. Requirement for branded ice cream store.

To ensure that all mise-en-place is carried out as per standards.

 Effective deployment and utilization of staff under his control.

 To conduct daily briefings.

 Scheduling maintenance and upkeep of equipment, furniture, fixtures

and fitting

 Ensuring maintenance of all records such as Manager’s logbook,

Attendance Register, daily

cleaning schedule, Requisition.

• To ensure staff discipline, grooming.

 To organize inventory / stock taking in prescribed manner and

forwarding to the Manager.

 Ensuring good and cordial relations with guests to maximize business.

 To ensure operational control measures.

 Handling all guest complaints particularly & escalating the same to the

upper management.

 To recommend all leaves for the staff under his control.

 To ensure daily cleanliness and upkeep of the Outlet.

 To assists in planning and execution of special events.

 To look after the jobs of Manager in his absence.

 Any other job assigned from time to time

 To make sure all the delivery orders are dispatched & delivered on time.

 To make sure Mystery dinners audit score is 100%

 To make sure team members are given proper on the job training &

corrective coaching.

 To make sure all the maintenance follow ups are being taken &

escalated to the store manager.

 Dry ice & fresh fruit ordering.

 To motivate & push his team to achieve shift objectives & sale targets.

AUTHORITY

• To recommend disciplinary action to the Outlet Manager.

 Deployment of staff after normal duty hours.
