Job Description
- Main ResponsibilitiesHandle overall store operations during the shift
- Manage staff scheduling and shift allocation
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Maintain Subway SOP and brand standards
- Handle cash counter, billing, and daily sales reports
- Support hiring, training, and motivating team members
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Ensure proper stock management and inventory control
- Coordinate with Area Manager and Store Manager for smooth operations
