Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for motorcycles are welcome to apply. The role involves assisting customers, showcasing Royal Enfield motorcycles, explaining features and finance options, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent showroom experience.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

🏍️ Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable Royal Enfield motorcycles

📢 Explain product features, variants, pricing, finance schemes, and current offers

🤝 Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent showroom service

🚗 Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test rides as required

📋 Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into successful sales

🎯 Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction

🧾 Maintain customer records, sales documentation, and daily sales reports

🏪 Ensure attractive showroom presentation and proper display of motorcycles

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

💸 Performance Incentive: ₹10,000 (Based on Performance)
