Job Description
Execute interior works on-site as per approved drawings, BOQ, and timelines.
Coordinate with designers, vendors, subcontractors, and client for smooth execution.
Supervise carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
Ensure quality control, material checks, and adherence to specifications.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and maintain site reports.
Handle site measurements, mark-ups, and resolve on-site technical issues.
Ensure safety standards, site discipline, and cleanliness are maintained.
Track material usage, deliveries, and avoid wastage or delays.
Support project manager in timelines, billing stages, and handover process.
Be flexible for extended/late working hours during critical execution and handover stages.
