Job Description

 Supervise and execute site work as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

 Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.

 Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth site operations.

 Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and material requirement plans.

 Check and verify measurements, bills, and quantities executed at site.

 Monitor labour productivity and material usage to minimize wastage.

 Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.

 Ensure proper implementation of approved method statements and work procedures.

 Maintain site records, drawings, and documentation.

 Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.

 Report progress, challenges, and risks to the Project Manager regularly
