Job Description: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Location: Devanahalli, Bengaluru (Field role, 25 km radius)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month + Petrol Allowance
Requirements: Own Bike & Valid Driving License (DL)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer / Site Supervisor with 2 to 5 years of building construction experience to manage daily field execution, quality control, and labor operations in the Devanahalli area.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution: Oversee daily construction activities from layout/marking and footing to RCC works, masonry, plastering, and finishing.
Drawing Compliance: Read and execute civil and electrical drawings accurately.
Technical Oversight: Supervise Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), reinforcement, centering, and shuttering work.
Resource Management: Manage daily labor, coordinate with contractors/clients, and handle on-site material tracking.
Quality & Reporting: Ensure strict quality and safety standards; maintain Daily Site Reports (DSR).
Qualifications
2–5 years of site experience in building construction.
Strong technical knowledge of civil execution, structural works, and labor handling.
Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with daily field travel.
