Site Supervisor

Position: Site Supervisor – Interior Works

Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Engineer

1. Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities including civil works, partitions, false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and furniture installation.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth site operations.

1. Quality Control

• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify defects or non-conformities.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.

1. Planning & Progress Monitoring

• Prepare daily work plans and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Track project progress against schedules and report delays.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.

1. Material Management

• Verify material deliveries, quantities, and quality.
• Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement and project teams.

1. Safety Compliance

• Enforce site safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Report and investigate safety incidents.

1. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly.

1. Measurement & Billing Support

• Assist in quantity measurements and work certification.
• Support preparation of contractor bills and client billing documents.
• Maintain records of completed work for billing purposes.
