Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily installation work at site to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements
• Ensure all work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Conduct regular site inspections and track progress of ongoing work
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution
• Ensure timely handover of completed work to clients or concerned teams
• Maintain daily reports of site activities and progress updates
• Ensure safety standards and proper use of equipment at site
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate when required
• Manage material usage and ensure availability at site

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in site supervision / installation work
• Basic knowledge of construction / installation processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines

Mandatory:

• Candidate must own a bike (two-wheeler) for site visits
• Valid driving license

Preferred:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical (or related field)
• Experience in handling installation or project handover
