Social Media Manager

• Key Responsibilities:Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create high-quality, engaging content—including Instagram Reels, posts, stories, and carousel posts—on a consistent and scheduled basis.
• Manage the end-to-end content creation process: ideation, scripting, filming (if applicable), editing, and publishing.
• Monitor social media trends to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
• Track and analyze performance metrics; provide insights and suggestions for growth.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand goals and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of Instagram Reels and content creation.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
