Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content strategy, paid campaigns, audience engagement, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media and performance marketing strategies
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and industry best practices
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams for campaign execution
• Improve brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement
• Track ROI and optimize campaigns for better performance and conversions

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
