• Key responsibilitiesPlan and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar for major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging posts (images, reels, carousels, short videos, text captions) relevant to the audience.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews promptly to maintain customer service quality and brand tone.
• Monitor basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest simple improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and popular formats (e.g., reels, stories, stickers).
