Social Science Teacher

Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Social Science Teacher to teach students in Grades 3–8. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to make learning interactive and engaging. Fresh graduates with a B.Ed. are encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging Social Science lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Teach subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, and Economics (as applicable to the grade level).
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Use interactive teaching methods, discussions, projects, and activities to enhance learning.
• Assess student performance through assignments, classwork, projects, and examinations.
• Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Integrate technology and current events into classroom instruction to make learning relevant.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development programs, and co-curricular activities.
