Job Description

Visit customer locations for solar system service and support.

Inspect rooftop solar panels and related electrical equipment.

Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical and solar system issues.

Attend customer complaints and provide timely service.

Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of solar panels.

Check wiring, connections, inverter, and other system components.

Coordinate with the technical team for major technical issues.

Explain basic system operation and maintenance to customers.

Maintain service reports and update job status after every visit.

Follow safety procedures while working on rooftops and electrical systems.
