Job Title:Painter – Laptop & Desktop Refurbishment
Location:Bengaluru

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our refurbishment team. The candidate will be responsible for painting and finishing laptop and desktop cabinets, covers, and other hardware components to ensure a high-quality appearance that meets company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare laptop and desktop parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
- Perform spray painting and touch-up painting on laptop and desktop components.
- Ensure smooth, uniform, and defect-free paint finishes.
- Mix paints, primers, and coatings as per specifications.
- Inspect painted components for quality and rework if required.
- Maintain painting equipment, spray guns, and painting booths.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of paints, thinners, and other materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Required Skills:Knowledge of spray painting techniques.
- Experience in surface preparation, sanding, masking, and finishing.
- Familiarity with paints, primers, clear coats, and related materials.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a production environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and PPE usage.
Preferred Experience:Experience in painting laptops, desktops, electronic products, metal or plastic components.
- Experience in a refurbishment or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Qualification:SSLC / PUC / ITI or any equivalent qualification.
