Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead property maintenance operations and oversee vendor execution across multiple residential properties.

This is a senior field-oriented role requiring strong supervision skills, vendor management capability, cost control understanding, and quality assurance expertise. The position involves both office coordination and regular site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end maintenance operations across assigned properties
• Review maintenance requests and prioritize critical tasks
• Allocate work to vendors and monitor service delivery standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
• Approve completion reports after verifying workmanship
• Monitor repair costs and validate material usage
• Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive maintenance plans
• Handle escalations from tenants and internal teams
• Maintain structured documentation and reporting
• Support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred
• 3–6 years of experience in property maintenance, construction supervision, facility management, or real estate operations
• Strong understanding of civil, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works
• Experience in vendor coordination and cost monitoring
• Ability to handle multiple properties simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with regular field visits and on-site supervision
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
