Job Description
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and discharge instructions.
Ensure infection prevention and control practices are followed.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and continuing education programs.
