The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualification: GNM, PBBSC, BSc, MSc

Experience: 0-2 years

Valid nursing license to practice in Karnataka

• Clinical competence in providing nursing care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to record and document information accurately.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong patient education skills to promote preventive care and wellness.
• Accurate and efficient data entry skill

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to women of all ages, handling multiple health concerns and conditions.
• Assess patient health through regular check-ups, screenings, and consultations.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist in gynecological examinations, Pap smears, and other reproductive health procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, symptoms, and treatments provided.
• Educate patients about preventive measures, health promotion, and lifestyle changes.
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a caring and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with medical and nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
